For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Incorrect

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
